Diagnostic Services – Get a free quote
If you aren’t sure whether there’s something wrong with your iMac, our expert technicians can run diagnostic tests to figure out what might be happening. We’re experienced in inspecting a wide range of models and have a high success rate in locating the root of various problems. Once we’ve diagnosed your iMac’s problem, we will discuss solutions and repairs. At this stage, we can estimate costs and timescales for the work. Before carrying out any repairs, we always wait for customer approval. We’ll carefully explain what work needs to be done and request permission to begin. You’ll be able to approve any quotes we’ve given you or decide that you would rather not go ahead with the repair after all. In these situations, your iMac will be packed up safely and returned.

Common Computer Problems You Might Experience
No matter the iMac problem you might be experiencing, you should never put off getting a repair. This can lead to more complex problems further down the line and may put your work and data at risk. Common problems with turning your iMac on could signal logic board failure, which requires an expert Apple technician to fix.

Another problem you might be experiencing is freezing to the point where you have to force shutdown, while some clients’ iMacs fail to boot even when connected to a power source. If your iMac is stuck on the Apple logo, it’s likely one of our team will have to run diagnostics to find a fix for you.

Whether you need a macOS fresh install or an SSD upgrade up to 2TB, Fix Apple Now is certified to repair and upgrade your iMac as needed. When you choose our services, you’ll also benefit from a three-month warranty on any of the work we do.
