All mail-in repair services require a minimum of 24 hours for repairing your device(s). Once the repair is complete, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

If your device needs more repairs than you prepaid for, we will contact you to get pre-approval.

If you ordered FREE Diagnostics, please allow 24-48 hours until we get back to you with a quote.
