Terms and conditions: Fix Apple Now will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period ends on February 28th. 2022. The grand prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. Fix Apple Now reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this contest without notice at any time. The winner will be notified by via electronic mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.

The grand prize winner will receive Fix Apple Now professional iPhone repairs as a complimentary service for one-year from the date of January, not to exceed $500.00. Prize is not transferable. The prize must be registered at the address listed on the winning entry form. Services must be provided by Fix Apple Now' personnel or designee. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. By entering the Fix Apple Now Contest, the contestant hereby understands that we will provide a Fix Apple Now product and/or service information by phone or email.

Entrants may enter this sweepstakes by completing the entry form online at www.fixapplenow.com/iphone-contest. No more than one entry per household and/or one person is allowed. Each entry must have a unique address and phone number submitted onto form. Fix Apple Now is not responsible for any illegible, incorrect or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner.

Sweepstakes’ entrants must (i) be legal residents of the United States; (ii) be 18 years of age or older for the prize. Employees, officers and directors of Fix Apple Now, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this contest.

The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of entry form and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Fix Apple Now and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Fix Apple Now in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Fix Apple Now reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person. For winner's list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days following a prize period to Fix Apple Now at   including a request for the winner's names.

By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Fix Apple Now, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in this sweepstakes in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. This sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).

Mail-in services do not apply to free repair services. Winner must come to a Fix Apple Now store in Weston or Hallandale, Florida.
