All mail-in repair services require a minimum of 24 hours for repairing your device(s). Once the repair is complete, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
If your device needs more repairs than you prepaid for, we will contact you to get pre-approval.
If you ordered FREE Diagnostics, please allow 24-48 hours until we get back to you with a quote.
You can log in to your account to check the status of your repair order.

Inquire About Repair/Diagnostics Status
Yes, many times we can service your device in less than 24 hours, but there are times when this is simply not possible. Please keep in mind that we may need to order parts to fix your device and based on the magnitude of the issue, your repair could take longer. We promise to communicate a reasonable turnaround time for your fix.
If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, it most likely means we are still working on your device. We will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
