You order the service, ship the device to us, we fix it and ship it back. Repair turnaround is 24 hours. Total turnaround with shipping both ways is 4-6 business days (depending on your shipping method).

MAIL REPAIR SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Select the repair service necessary for your iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac Computer following this link "REPAIRS & UPGRADES". Select device type & model, repair service needed or FREE diagnostics. Add the service to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart".

2. Proceed to checkout. Select your shipping area (USA / International) & click "Go to payments". Make secure payment by credit card or PayPal. You will receive confirmation email with order ID number.

3. In the confirmation e-mail you will get a link to a repair request form, that should be filled out, printed, signed & shipped together with your device:

4. Quality Repair. After device is delivered to us our Certified Technician will:
   
   • Perform FREE Complete Diagnostics (We'll advise if extra services needed)
     
   • Perform Repair, Test the Device, Ship Back to you by FREE Insured Priority Mail Method (2-3 business days in transit). If you prefer express shipment, contact us for quote.
   • Note! If the device is not fixable or you decide not to fix it, Fix Apple Now,Inc is not covering shipping back charges. It's customers responsibility to pay for shipping back unserviced devices.

We provide 90-day Parts & Labor Warranty on all repair services.
