Repaired Items That Fail Under Parts & Labor Warranty
In the unlikely case that you receive a repaired item (i.e. iPod, iPhone, PowerBook, PowerMac or other "customer owned", repaired item), and it fails under warranty, please use our online WSC form located at the bottom of this page.
1. NOTE! We warrant ONLY the item(s) that we installed and we DO NOT cover any failures other than the repairs we originally performed. After we diagnose, that Apple Product malfunction is our fault we'll send you a shipping label to return your Apple Device under FixAppleNow.com warranty for your order to be processed. In all warranty repair cases, we only provide warranty repairs on the specific components that were originally repaired and still deemed under warranty.
2. You can return your defective Apple product within it's original FixAppleNow.com warranty period (usually 90 days, unless otherwise specified on your original invoice) with approval from a department manager.
3. In all valid Repair cases you must return the item back to us with a Priority USPS Email Label that we will provide you. We will replace the failed warranty component and send it back to you at our expense.
4. In the event that we receive your Apple Product under Parts & Labor warranty back and we find that there are additional repairs needed and/or that the original components installed are NOT defective, we will contact you immediately with an additional repair quote.
Manufacturer's Warranty
FixAppleNow.com cannot perform FREE warranty service on items that have a manufacturer's warranty. The items must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
